Mission :
We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to actively enhance our partnership recruitment, on-boarding and training activity in North America. Hence you need to live in North America (USA or Canada). This role encompasses various activities :
1. Training :
- travel to partner locations on predetermined dates to deliver training to our North-America based partners
 - maintain training database and course data
 - gather and organize information about the product with the software release cycles
 - monitor and evaluate the quality of training ; revise as needed
 - maintain a current understanding of training trends and best practices
 - prepare and present workshops at users’ conference if needed
 
This will involve delivering material through various media including user guides, videos, virtual classroom, face-to-face training.
You will end up working with our teams to design training programs and materials.
2. Sales :
- you will learn how to identify and contact potential partners
 - organize partner meetings to discuss business opportunities
 
3. Marketing :
- participate to conferences and company events to promote our product and provide product demos
 
The ideal candidate must have :
- the professionalism, charisma, enthusiasm, and knowledge to help convert partners into enthusiasts
 - Experience in Python and PHP development
 - Git knowledge
 - excellent communication skills
 - a customer-oriented attitude combined with a positive and proactive nature
 - autonomy and the ability to work well with a distant international team
 - willingness and excitement to travel 50% of your time in Canada and the USA ; you have easy access to an international airport
 - educational background in software development will be a plus
 - Magento, Wordpress, Symfony, Drupal and/or PaaS knowledge will grant you points
