Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop understanding of customer workflows and business needs
- Deliver precise specifications to include workflow, business rules, interface design and definitions, outstanding issues, data analysis, and data mapping to clients and development team
- Gather requirements and document specifications for development
- Update and maintain internal and external documentation
- Work with Project Management and Technical teams to develop detailed labor estimates to develop and deploy functionality
- Conduct gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements and collaborate with Project Manager and Developers to estimate project impact
- QA testing, technical writing, and customer support
- Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication
Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge in the Payments industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques
- Experience with data mapping, software QA, technical writing, and customer support
- Must be a self-directed, self-sufficient analyst with demonstrated initiative and sense of urgency
