Complion recently won “Best Growth” and “Startup of the Year” and we’re looking for an up and coming Software Engineer to join our growing cross-functional team. You will report to the Manager of Software Engineering, joining a group of highly motivated individuals that are driving innovation in the Clinical Research space through technology automation. Our cloud-based software stores critical clinical trial documentation for hospitals and medical centers to ensure the delivery of new treatments to patients.

We are looking for positive take-charge individuals to join our growing team as a Software Engineer. Candidates must have exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, excellent judgment, and the ability to be productive in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, review, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with product, design, marketing, service and sales teams to define and deliver product roadmaps.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 or more years of software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages.
- Experience working with two or more from the following: web application development (front and back end), UNIX or Linux environments, mobile application development, information retrieval, networking, and/or developing large software systems.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s or further education or experience in engineering, computer science or other technical related field.
- Experience working with Python and JavaScript in a production environment.
- Experience working with 1 or more front end framework such as Knockout.js.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
