About the Software Engineers (Software Developer)
FinancialForce are looking for agile Software Engineers (Software, Salesforce, Developer) to join their expanding organisation, which provides software solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your role will be working in a multi-disciplined Scrum team where you will be given the opportunity to build the next generation of cloud based business solutions. You will derive technical solutions from user stories working collaboratively with your SPO and implement complex and highly integrated business software using a combination of Salesfores and cutting edge technology and infrastructure. Your role will be to ensure the continual contribution, motivation, education and process improvement initiatives run within the R & D team
The package:
A negotiable salary, pension up to 8% employer contribution, 25 days holiday increasing to a max of 30 plus bank holidays, life assurance, critical illness cover and free car parking.
The environment:
You will get the right tools to do the job - a MacBook Pro comes with the role. The environment is relaxed with a Monday to Friday casual dress code, free fruit and snacks daily, breakout areas including Xbox / table tennis and free gym classes.
