YOUR TASKS



  • You are part of the Machine Learning Engineers and collaborate closely with all aspects of the company like Machine Learning, Big Data Engineering and Data Science

  • Our ML Scientists build prototypes which have to be understood and then built for our live system / productised

  • Implement your own visions and ideas – help shape the product

  • Use the right tools for the job, collaborate with the team, challenge each other, question solutions and approaches

  • Create high load / low latency features, components, services, products and documentation for those

  • Incorporate new technologies and topics quickly but thoroughly





REQUIREMENTS



  • At least 4 years of professional programming

  • Programming: Python3

  • Version control with Git (gitflow, rebase)

  • Testing (unit tests, functional tests)

  • Databases: MySQL (Aurora), Redis

  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS)

  • Constant passion for learning and improving oneself

  • Critical & analytical thinking

  • Passion & understanding regarding mathematics, statistics and logic


Desired


  • Multilingualism is a big plus (spoken and programming languages)

  • Development and deployment using Docker

  • Machine Learning

  • Linux knowledge (CLI)

  • Data analytics (i.e. hadoop, elasticsearch)

  • High performance web stack (nginx, asyncio)

  • Background in AdTech or similar is a plus

  • Already worked in a high load low latency environment
