What you will bring:
Min. 7-10 years technical leadership experience as both an individual contributor and leader
Min. 5 years technical experience architecting and maintaining complex applications using modern web and mobile frameworks is a must.
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Be decisive, hands-on and have a bias for action e.g. just start without permission
Team builder that can hire, support and mentor junior team members
Relationship builder who understands how to navigate complex organizations
Strong modern API design, development and security experience (financial services, payments, money movement, lending, credit or similar experience a plus)
Education:
Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
Masters or PhD a plus
