EFT Analytics, Inc. is looking for a Software Developer to join our team in Wichita, KS! The Software Developer would be part of a fast-growing technology start-up within a large and stable company.The Software Developer will work with industrial clients across a broad set of companies while leveraging cutting-edge technical solutions in problem solving/optimization.  The successful candidate must be passionate about customer satisfaction and have a demonstrated ability to achieve extraordinary results as part of a high-energy and dynamic team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.


A Day In The Life Typically Includes:



  • Collaborate with Development Team to design, build, and ship features

  • Design, build, and ship highly available, scalable, distributed SaaS applications

  • Implement robust and reliable data pipelines for both large volumes and streaming data

  • Investigate and improve system performance

  • Participate in design and code reviews

  • Identify and communicate front-end best practices.


What You Will Need:



Basic Qualifications:



  • Demonstrated superior follow-through. Builds trust and credibility with customers by consistently delivering what is expected

  • 2+ years professional experience working with web front-end development such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related libraries

  • Experience developing using Object-Oriented Programming and related technologies (C#, Java, etc.)

  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma and 4+ cumulative years of relevant work experience


What Will Put You Ahead?



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with modern browser technologies and client-side performance considerations

  • Ability to discern design usability trade-offs and UX sensibilities

  • Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (APIs, high volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms)

  • Experience designing and developing charting and visualization tools

  • Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL)

  • Exposure to cloud technologies and platforms


Additional Information:



  • Ability to travel for work up to 10% of the time, by plane, car, etc.
