Role Description
Our client is need a of a Sr/Lead Java resource to help lead a small team of developers that will be doing hands-on (back end) development for a Payment System. This person will be primarily focused on the lead aspect of the role, but will still be expected to be able to code, at times.
Skills & Requirements
* 5+ years of Professional Java Development experience and proven leadership experience
* The ability to lead 3+ Sr Java resources
* Experience handling Architectural conversations and internal code reviews
* Strong Relational Database Experience Required - Oracle preferred
* Strong experience working on the back end of systems Integrations is a huge plus
* Shared Project Management experience of large scale projects
