Programmer
We have an immediate opening for a Programmer reporting to the Business Systems Manager. This position will be based out of our facility in St. Mary's, PA. The primary function of this position will be to oversee the daily operation of plant data collection and shop floor process systems.
See below for a summary of responsibilities. Develop and support systems that interact with process equipment and ensure the efficient flow of product through the plant. Design interfaces to plant HMIs for the collection of data from process equipment. Develop systems to collect data from end users at each process step. Lead the analysis of existing processes and design new processes to improve the efficient operation of the plant. Lead or assist in the development of business cases to justify investments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience. Must be proficient (3-5 years' experience) with SQL Databases, ASP.net, VB.net, and MS Access VBA. Must be proficient with Microsoft Server OS. (3-5 years' experience). Must have experience with Microsoft .net programming. Must have demonstrated experience working in a plant data collection environment.
