As the Healthcare Compliance Engineer, you will:
Function as a key resource in developing data collection, analysis and reporting solutions that demonstrate TJC, CMS and other regulatory agency compliance.
Have significant voice in the creation, modification, and implementation of policies and procedures that assure that all key federal and state regulatory requirements are met.
Work as part of a cross-functional team with data management, IT, and business staff to develop successful technology and reporting that demonstrate fully compliant practices and drive and improve the hospital's clinical performance.
