Position: Database Developer (SQL)
Location: St. Louis Park, MN or Charlotte, NC (S. Tryon St.)
Interview MODE: 2 Phone screens to Hire
Duration: 12+ Months to 24 Months
We are in need of a Sr. Microsoft SQL Developer who also has strong MS Excel skills.
Candidates must have at least 5+ years of proven Microsoft SQL development experience including tables, views, functions, stored procedures and fundamental relational database design.
- Additionally, experience developing, maintaining and deploying complex SSIS packages and SSRS reports is highly desirable.
Preferred qualities in addition to those required
" Prior BANK experience.
" Strong analytical skills as this role requires complex data manipulation and financial calculations that can be justified and explained to auditors and external regulatory agencies.
" Experience participating as a developer in large projects that includes program managers, project managers, business analysts and data analysts.
" Ability to work well in a decentralized team environment Nice to Have But Not Essential
" Microsoft Analysis Services (SSAS) Cube development.
" Dimensional Database Modeling.
" Data Warehousing fundamentals.
" Some experience in Teradata SQL would be useful.
