The Intersect Group is seeking a React Native Developer in the Atlanta Area

The Intersect Group is seeking a Software Engineer who is passionate about working in React Native to create scalable mobile applications. You should have proven experience with React Native and a desire to be a core pillar of our mobile team. Maintain, enhance and provide solutions for mobile applications. Assist multiple team members and other project leads in the day-to-day activities related to project work.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

• Design, develop (code), test, and debug our mobile application(s) using React Native technologies to deliver compelling user experiences in an Agile environment.
• Understand the nuances between mobile platforms and provide advice and mentorship to other developers on handling those nuances.
• Participate in planning, architectural discussion, implementation and maintenance of a mobile application enabling personalized interactions with customers.
• Be accountable for code quality, writing unit, integration, and automation tests.
• Help and advise in the selection of the most appropriate frameworks to use with the product.
• Contribute to eCommerce projects related to the tech stack and domain of our products.
• Perform code reviews to suggest, encourage, and support coding best practices.
• Continuously learn and share new ideas and technical concepts.

·         Performs unit testing prior to moving code/configuration to the QA process. Researches defects and solve for root cause in applications.

·         Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding and prior React Native framework experience (3 to 5 years).
• Expert in React Native, React JS, and native mobile app development (3 to 5 years).

·         Experience building and deploying mobile (iOS or Android) applications to app/play stores (3 to 5 years).

·         Experience with source control/versioning tools like GIT, SVN or CVS (3 to 5 years).

·         Experience in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3 (5+ years).

• Understanding of provisioning profile and code signing.

·         Proficient in creating webpack configurations.

·         Experience developing complex mobile applications using Objective C, Swift, Java.

·         Experience in Agile Software Development (Preferred).

·         Good Communication Skills.

·         Good Team Work / Team Player.
