Audible is seeking a Product Manager to help drive product strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of its Content Systems. This team member is a key player at the intersection of business and technology, supporting the growth of Audible through the successful management of a vital operational platform. The product manager will collaborate closely with business teams to improve our systems and processes. In this specific role, the product manager will focus on the tools that enable Audible to ingest and manage content. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication skills. You will have deep technology understanding, strong product-oriented thinking, and demonstrate a passion for building value for internal stakeholders and users.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Help drive the product strategy and vision for Audibles global Content Systems to serve the needs of our rapidly growing global business.
· Serve as the agile product owner, managing a roadmap, collaborating closely with development teams on execution to deliver global products, and managing expectations with all relevant stakeholders.
· Use data to drive product decisions, targeting metrics for success and measuring results against them.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· BA/BS required, MBA or Master's degree is a plus
· 3-5 years of experience in product management
· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Experience with agile and lean product management methodology and best practices.
· Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position.
