UI Team is part of the Industry Application Development Industry who works for UI reviews and sign-off, usability analysis and will function in Scrum teams with other professionals. This is a local team for Pega Industry applications to grow the Center of Excellence in UI Space by working with multiple teams.

Pega is changing the way the world builds software. In this role, you will be working with highly-skilled peers, architects, laying out best practices and guidance in various UI/UX areas. Providing game-changing UI/UX experience in a wide variety of applications spanning multiple domains. You will also be working with product management to translate the requirements into application features, helping own up the technical and architectural design of solutions, defining the quality and gating criteria of features while taking complete responsibility of the deliverables from the team.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- The ideal candidate is familiar with business processes in the IAD industry.
- He/she is results-oriented, focused on delivering results not just activities, with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
- He/she should exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and development and adaptability to frequent change.
- Communicate and share knowledge of the IAD application with peers, Global Customer Support, and the Pega community at large.
Who You Are:
- You are a passionate UI Developer with 6-8 years of experience.
- Excellent up to date knowledge on UI trends and patterns - both in general and in Pega.
- Should be aware of best practices pertaining to UI/UX.
- Nice to have knowledge around Accessibility, ReactJS, wireframing, prototyping.
- Nice to know Angular JS, jQuery experience.
- Promote Pega best practices with 100% guardrail compliance.
- Working experience in an agile/scrum team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What You've Accomplished:
- Designed functional, robust and scalable enterprise-level applications
- Partner with internal clients, like Product Managers, to align business goals with implementation results.
- 6 plus years of Pega/ industry UI trends, development of UI controls, mentoring others in the UI space, guiding teams with UI best practices.
