In Stratio we are hiring a Lead Data Scientist to join our team in Madrid, this person will be responsible of leading the Data Scientist team in the Product Integration area.
Responsabilities
- Lead and coordinate team of Data Scientist.
- Align product and project scope.
- Identify data assets and analytical models that can improve the business applying advanced analytics.
- Repurpose existing data assets across business departments involving key stakeholders to arrive at novel data exploitation scenarios and redefine the customer experience and business outcomes.
- Understand technical tradeoffs, adequately prioritizing customer constraints with respect to restrictions on budget, time, and quality of the different alternatives.
- Help to understand the paradigm shift from traditional BI and data mining to Advanced Analytics and machine learning productization.
- Support to conduct guided brainstorming workshops to identify use cases for advanced analytics
- Communicate with clients to understand the challenges they face and convince them with data
- Develop visualizations to make your complex analyses accessible to a broad audience
