Computer Aid Inc. (CAI) is a $600M global IT consulting firm that specializes in high value, long term managed services engagements with our clients. We are currently looking for a Sr. Oracle Developer to be part of the developmental team in the Orlando area for one of our strategic accounts.
This role will start out providing development support in an Oracle 11g environment to learn the platform/applications. Ability to build relationships with the existing team and work independently on the upgrade is critical.
This is an hourly contract position with CAI that has the potential to be long term. We are looking for candidates that are great team players and can take the initiative to get their work done quickly with highest quality. We are seeking those that are highly motivated to learn, grow and keep pace in an ever-changing environment. Excellent communication skills are required
Responsibilities include:
- Application support – responding to tickets, troubleshooting software, fixing defects, minor enhancements
- Work as part of a small team to support and learn the platform
- Work with cross teams to fix Integration issues efficiently and in a timely manner
- Work with Oracle Support to raise support SR and work towards resolutions
- Experience in migration of WebCenter 11g to 12c
- Proficiency in HTML, AngularJS 1.x (JS), Bootstrap CSS Framework 2
- Knowledge in Gulp and ANT Build tools
- Oracle WebCenter Portal 11g & 12c, Oracle ADF 11g & 12c
- Proficiency in Oracle ADF BC Components
- Proficiency in consuming web services in Oracle ADF
- Proficiency in J2EE (JSP, Servlets) & Java 5
- Experience in Cordova, Ionic Framework is a plus
- Experience in Jersey REST API and JSON interfaces is a plus
- Very good communication & documentation skills is a must
- Ability to create and write good Knowledge articles
