Job Description: Sr. Development Lead

Senior Developer / Estimator

• Experienced development leader, with at least 5+ years of demonstrated results with the technologies detailed in the Full Stack Developer role
• Demonstrated success in leading small (3 to 7 developers) development teams integrated into projects. The Senior Developer will actively develop portions of the project while coordinating the work of the development team
• Adept at representing the development team while working with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and business subject matter experts and executive within the project team
• Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate the development time required to complete written business requirements
