Job Description

Qualifications Basic

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred
• At least 7 years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies - JDBC, JSP, Hibernate, XML, AJAX), Spring Framework, working knowledge of web services, MQ and SQL/SQL); Spring 2.5 and Spring IOC, Spring AOP, Spring Transaction management.
• Experience and knowledge of Spring 2.5 and above. Knowledge of  Spring IOC, Spring AOP and Spring Transaction management
• Experience in JDK - preferably 1.5 and above; Spring MVC; Spring Web Flow and Hibernate 3
• Basic knowledge of Oracle database.
• Experience with any enterprise web server preferably Weblogic
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
• Ability to work in in diverse/ multiple stakeholder
• Experience in Financial domain
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
