The ideal candidate is very bright and versatile software engineer. Youll bring some combination of node.JS, JavaScript, Electron, container management, localized technologies, Android apps, SDK development and related.

Their experienced and casual executive team is newly relocated from Silicon Valley and have multiple successful startups and major commercial product launches under their belts. They strive to create a culture that is both relaxed and focused, and stress cross-collaboration with their customers, developer community, and one another.
What You'll Do:
- Constantly learn new technologies and skills to stay on the cutting edge of a rapidly changing industry
- You will play a role in shaping the future of enterprise AI, machine learning, smart devices, and computer vision.
- Develop a whole-system view of their business and systems and put it to use by designing and creating major components to help them grow in features and capacity.
- Mentor and lead junior developers.
- Utilize best practices because you have used them to solve problems in the full-cycle development process, which you understand thoroughly.
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 4+ years of experience (ideally more) designing and developing major components or complete platforms and applications using JavaScript and node.JS across the entire stack.
- Ability to pick new programming languages easily and possess a natural curiosity.
- Youll have shipped products at large scale and are meticulous with code style and quality, and able to own features and end-to-end architecture.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of best practices, design patterns, and algorithms.
- Knowledge and up to date experience with a range of languages, such as Go, Ruby, HTML/CSS, MySQL/PostgreSQL, nodeJS, Angular and/or React.
- Able to work well in a collaborative environment where you will be expected to contribute to both lively technical discussions and good-natured banter.
- Bachelors degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related are preferred.
- Must be currently able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred:
- Electron app and build experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with container management, SDK development, Android applications, localized technologies and cross-platform products are highly preferred.
- Experience working with mathematics or background in another related science or engineering space, preferred.
- Experience and interest in working for a Series-A Startup Company.
- Graduate level degrees highly preferred.
COMPENSATION: $120-140,000 base salary
