  • 90% Front end heavy UI development (full stack experience is a nice to have)
    • Looking for production-level experience someone who enjoys computer programming / took things apart / worked on exciting projects
    • Ability to investigate and resolve issues independently and/or know when to ask for help

SUMMARY

  • We are seeking 4 Midlevel Java Full Stack Software Developers
  • Detailed design and implementation of high-quality software.
  • Implementation, execution, and verification of unit tests and integration tests.
  • Documentation and specification efforts required to support software process and regulatory submissions.
  • Interface with test system groups to facilitate validation and verification of developed products.
  • Participate in project planning, estimating, tracking and reporting activities and work with other team members to collaborate on techniques, processes, and designs in an Agile environment.

PROJECT SCOPE

  • The Patient Care Software team is one of the most cutting edge groups within our, defining and executing on technology and architectural strategy using skills that span a variety of domains including Mobile Apps (Android), cloud, data analytics, web services, 2d/3d visualization, machine learning, and interfacing with embedded software for management and control of interconnected medical devices.
  • You will be responsible for designing, implementing, documenting and testing software for the next generation of Patient Care Software products, both mobile and cloud-based.
  • This role requires the ability to work as part of a team to realize complex, innovative, high-reliability systems that improve the quality of life of people around the world.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in Java/J2EE Frameworks 2 7+ years
  • Familiarity with J2EE web technologies and application servers: Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat 2 to 3 years
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS development and AngularJS - 2 to 3 years
  • Full SDLC, Agile methodologies

HIGHLY DESIRED (but NOT required)

  • Familiar with mobile and cloud-computing: Android, AWS/EC2, S3
  • Familiarity in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) 2 to 3 years (Jenkins, Docker/Kubernetes, TeamCity, ANT, Maven, Hudson, Confluence, Git)
  • Familiarity in database programming: MySQL, JPA, NoSQL 1 to 2 years
  • Familiarity using test automation tools and frameworks with hands-on technical and programming skills 2 to 3 years
