Job Description
We are seeking an OpenText Technical Support Analystto join our team! You will be working with a team consolidating disparate document and records management solutions onto an enterprise OpenText platform. The project is configuring and deploying solutions to impacted company stakeholder groups in a phased approach.
Responsibilities:
- The role is a production support role
- Understand user requirements and procedures
- Review computer system capabilities
- Perform Functional/Technical documentation skills,
- Consult with managers to implement new computer systems
Qualifications:
- Working expertise with OpenText Software and Cloud applications,
- Tech proficiency with Windows OS, Windows System Admin,
- Past experience with software application installations,
- SharePoint 365, AD Group setup and management,
- Knowledge if IT Change Management Process
- Previous experience in IT, computer science, or other related fields
- Good Communications skills,
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, works well in team environment
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Misc:
- Contract role Expected duration 12+ months
