SKILLS:

The Business Analyst will report to Sr. Manager Pricing Systems and will be part of the team that is responsible for Application portfolio management and development that focuses on building and configuring software solutions for omnichannel Pricing systems.


 This entails: (1) strategizing, roadmap planning, selecting, architecting/designing, building and implementing technology solutions to solve complex business problems.


(2) portfolio management for entire business applications suite


 (3) actively managing the on-going health and supportability of the portfolio in alignment with IT Ops & Support,


 (4) managing the cost, contracts, and licensing associated with the portfolio, 


(5) partnering with other IT and business teams to deliver end to end technology solutions The team provides IT solutions , eCommerce and Merchandising business clients. Critical 


Primary Responsibilities: Lead analysis, requirement gathering, use case creation, scope management, process improvement, test case creation for medium to large size projects/programs through all phases of the SDLC. Expert and point-of-contact in core business capabilities, processes, and applications for the Item portfolio. Drive portfolio ownership by working with users to understand strategies and operations in order to develop technology capability roadmaps that are aligned with business/domain roadmaps. Demonstrates breadth and depth of techniques and tools for one or many of the following: use case modeling, data modeling, E2E business process modeling, process mapping, E2E business scenarios. Provides mentorship and coaching to junior staff. Work with geographically diverse locations Critical Skills & Experiences: Experience implementing and configuring Stores and Online retail promotional pricing related systems. Experience in working on SQL and NoSQL databases, knowledge of RMS Pricing and NET/Java based applications Experience in working with web analytics tools like Adobe Marketing Cloud (or similar) Experience in working with the User Experience teams in conceptualizing and implementing A/B tests, test analysis. Ability to develop and deliver end-user training and participate in Organization change management (OCM) Expertise in business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, business process re-engineering Ability to understand end to end business processes and support business teams on the process Experience in waterfall, iterative and Agile (Scrum) models. Excellent presentation and communication skills This person will be the first point of contact for any requests that come to the Omni-channel Pricing team. This person will be responsible for working with the business team in determining the priority of the requests The analyst will be responsible for performing the gap/impact analysis, grooming the stories, and reviewing the acceptance criteria. Work with Product Managers of other product teams to prioritize and facilitate, if the request spans multiple teams Prepare the product road-map, quarterly plans, track the product KPIs Nice to have: Expertise in Analytics reporting tools like Tableau and Data Mining language like R would be preferred.
