Job Description



KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for "Senior Web Developer".

Responsibilities:

-Development, testing and implementation of new software and systems;
-Provide escalated technology support for internal and external users;
-Analyze support tracking data to identify opportunities for system improvements, training and ensure incident closure;
-Develop and provide administrative and user training on software and systems;
-Design and develop scalable, performance aware database objects (i.e., stored procedures, indexes, views, functions, data manipulation);
-Perform business requirements analysis and translate to technical design. Create and propose technical design through technical documentation and technical conversations;
-Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to all application development team members of standards and best practices;
-Conduct problem analysis and system design preparatory to development of system solutions.
-Develop work plans, task sequencing, and the extent to which each task may be performed concurrently;
-Communicates in an effective manner in both written and verbal forms with all project members internal and external to the organization.
-Create and maintain status reports to management staff on all projects in a timely manner;
-Assist in maintaining database development standards and performing code-reviews to ensure best-practices are followed;

Requirements:

-7+ years with JavaScript programming
-Solid understanding of HTML/CSS
-Experience with JavaScript SPA framework (Angular, React, or similar required);
-Technical Lead or Team Lead experience, including maintaining quality standards
-Experience with Application Lifecycle Management software (e.g., TFS, JIRA)
-Ability to analyze and maintain C# code for MSC and WebApi applications;
-Experience crafting and implementing UIs for complex workflows and datasets;
-Experience with integrating with RESTful APIs and working with backend team on a full-stack solution;
-Knowledge of common web services protocol (HTTPS/JSON/REST);
-Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SQL;
-An understanding of modern software development techniques, including the full SILK, object-oriented design, continuous integration, version control, and agile methodologies;
-Experience with query design, stored procedures, views and functions;
-Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel;
-Experience managing timelines and task priorities - Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are required;
-Experience deploying large scale web applications;
-Design, update, and maintain a collaborative solutions-based framework of websites and portals in a Microsoft SharePoint environment;
-Experience with Nintex forms and workflow;
