Chief Microsoft/Infrastructure Architect permanent job in Atlanta, GA (Midtown area).  
Synopsis:
Provide consulting services to customers who are planning Consulting Leader needed for large scale and medium range projects within a Microsoft Ecosystem, including Azure and more. Interest and ability to serve as an experienced consultant working face-to-face with clients, which may include some travel, as needed. The ability to mentor others and remain composed under pressure is critical for this role.
Requirements:
- Ability to analyze customer needs, document requirements, and design technical solutions for enterprise environments.
 - Pre-sales involvement with Enterprise and other sized clients
 - Architecture and lead role in large scale O365, Exchange, AD, Skype for Business, and Azure solutions.
 - Microsoft Exchange and AD SME (SME)
 - Experience implementing Microsoft Single Sign-on and Identity solutions (ADFS, Azure AD Connect, MIM, etc.)
 - Experience with migration/upgrade of messaging platforms (Exchange, Exchange Online)
 - Cloud experience is good, but Azure experience is preferred for providing Microsoft cloud solutions (Office365, Azure)
 - 9 years experience is a likely minimum
 - Expert knowledge of Microsofts current networking platform and supporting technologies
 - Server hardware and configuration
 - Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems
 - Microsoft Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016
 - IP addressing and naming services (DHCP, DNS)
 - Active Directory and group policy management
 - Virtualization using Microsoft Hyper-V
 - EM+S
 - PowerShell
 
Preferred:
- Microsoft certifications are a plus
 - Previous consulting experience
 - Firewall experience (Microsoft ISA, TMG)
 - Microsoft security software (Forefront)
 - Microsoft identity management solutions (MIIS, ILM, FIM, MIM)
 - Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business
 - 3rd party migration tools (e.g. Quest, BitTitan, Skykick)
 - Microsoft SharePoint 2010, 2013 experience
 - Virtualization using VMWare
