As an experienced Java/J2EE Software Engineer,
your mission is to help lead our team of innovators and technologists

is run. Your deep knowledge of design, analytics, development, coding,

functional requirements. Your expertise in various technology domains

The Java/J2EE Software Engineer will be a part of the Chase Debit Card Fraud prevention
team, working on a complex redesign of a critical application and then
developing changes to the authorization flow to include new features such as
machine learning.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- Strong problem solving skills by researching technical
challenges and providing solutions to resolve. - Ability to work independently on tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly to team members.
- Strong development background with Java, Rest and SOAP
services and a good understanding of oracle databases. - Hands on experience developing new applications leveraging
Java, Spring boot, PL/SQL. - Good understanding of core Java concepts.
- Ability to problem solve complex technical challenges
independently.
Proficiency in the following technologies:
- 5 plus years of experience in
Java/J2EE. - Experience with Spring/Spring Boot,
Oracle, PL/SQL. - Experience with JUnit.
- Exposure to Integration
components - SOAP Service,RESTful web service implementations, XML/XSD, JSON.
