Set up and maintain for the entire plant all SAP Masterdata. Making use of a business intelligence tool to extract from site specific historian data bases business relevant information and to inform proactively to management.
Experiencia profesional:
Minimun 3 years of experience (ideally 5 years) in IT projects or as
a functional ERP expert, ideally within pharmaceutical products.
SAP expert in the field of material management, warehousing, plant
maintenance tool and mainly corresponding Master Data Set up.
GMP experience and how to work in a highly regulated Quality
environment.
Knowledge of lean techniques may be advantageous.
Proficient using SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Access, PowerPoint, Project).

Funciones/Responsabilidades:
Set up in SAP all Master Data including all views.
Maintain Master Data following a strict procedure to keep highest
quality and to improve processes in operations, warehouse and
engineering constantly.
Run regular meetings to collect requests to change Master Data,
evaluate associated risks and opportunities and finally to prepare
proposals for change request. Lobby and discuss those with key
stakeholders of the site and ask for approvals.
Network with the SAP Master Data specialists in Global Teams for benchmarking and best practice sharing.
Implement a business intelligence tool for the site in Madrid by
using global recommended software solutions.
Read out data of the site stored in historian data bases to ask
specific questions in case of confirmed anomalies of processes or
analytical methods.
Regular track and trend historian data to proactively identify
potential out of specification. Report such trends to his/her Manager
and the site leadership team regular.
Train end users on SAP modules use and provide support to solve
issues.
Develop and implement Data Governance metrics/KPIs that
monitor and measure the effectiveness of Master Data Governance.
Whatever other task in compliance with the CBA (art.22 & art.26).
