Job role:

• Expert knowledge in Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic administration, installation and configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery methods in multiple computing environments.
  
• Configure and administer Oracle Fusion Middleware infrastructure components, including and not limited to, WebLogic Suite (WLS, Coherence, and Java SE), Oracle SOA Suite (Adapters, BPEL, BAM, Business Rules, BPM, and OWSM)
  
• Setting up and maintaining Middleware infrastructure from Development to Production Environments.
  
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, infrastructure upgrades, and system resource optimization.
  
• Provide support per project needs; investigate and troubleshoot issues; perform regular log analysis and security monitoring.
  
• Tuning Java Virtual Machine (JVM) heap size
  
• Managing and Monitoring the JVM Performance by adjusting WebLogic heap size and garbage collection parameters.
  

Highly desirable: 

• EPM, Essbase, Demantra, SQL basic knowledge will be an asset
  
• Good technical design articulation skills
  
• Should take ownership and strive for quality deliverables.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  

Other desirables:

• Should be self-motivated, with the ability to produce quality results on fast-paced project
  

Education:

• Preferably an AA / undergraduate level degree in computer science, EE / Electronics from an accrediatd institute or equivalent level of professional experience and certifications from competent authority.
