Sr. Manager, Monitoring Tools Development, Digital Operations
In this role, you will be focused on bringing technical capability closer Monitoring and tools development to provide the end to end visibility to transform the customer experience. Spearhead of CoreTech Operations, to greatly reduce downtime during incidents, prevent incidents from recurring, rallying resources, improve situational awareness through tools and processes, and communicate effectively
Essential Responsibilities

• Build
• , develop and lead GE Enterprise Monitoring System (GEMS) with collection, aggregation and correlation of the data to detect and prevent incidents, to help Problem Management, Knowledge Management and Monitoring response teams. This leader role focusses on Application and Infrastructure monitoring with strong technical capabilities across the technology stackLever
  
• age tools, monitoring and automation capabilities extensively to ensure DOC (Digital Operations Center) maintains control, ownership and operational visibility to compute, storage, network, critical services and applications monitoring

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications;

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.. A minimum 8 years of professional experience
• Minimum 8-12 years experience leading and transforming Monitoring tools development in support of very large IT infrastructure and application services
