An early-stage SaaS Security Vendor in the cloud space, that has grown over 300% last year and has received two rounds of funding, is looking to add a passionate Sales Engineer to the dynamic team! 

The Senior Sales Engineer will be a trusted technical advisor to a wide range of customers from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises and as such, must be adaptable and ready for anything.

Core Responsibilities

• Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
• Own the technical relationship with customers, including managing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of additional technical resources.
• Work hands-on with customers to demonstrate the value provided in customer/partner environments.
• Recommend security best practices, cloud architecture, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete cloud security solution
• Work with the Executive team in defining the go-to-market strategy as well as developing a growth plan for the SE team

Requirements

• 10+ years experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or equivalent experience in a customer-facing sales engineer role
• Security Vendor Experience (preferably in the endpoint or incident response space)
• Expertise across AWS and EC2 is required
• Experience in and understanding of cloud deployments - especially as it relates to security and compliance requirements.
• Proven success in presenting and delivering technical pitches to CISOs, architects, and technical staff.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred
• Start-Up Experience & having a go-getter mentality!
• Previous DevOps/DevSecOps experience is a huge plus!
