Developing RPA Bots on the Automation Anywhere platform to support various business processes on several application and platform environments
Define and develop RPA bots that automate several business processes supporting a variety of applications and platforms
Develop Automation Anywhere platform and product expertise, and utilize bot design and development best practices to develop high quality code
Work closely with product management, and engineering to execute on bot development projects
Deliver code in an Agile team environment
Take responsibility for QA of bots
Requirements
Minimum 7-10 years engineering experience in software development, with 2 plus years leading a team
Know, understand and are interested in distributed systems, scalability, operating systems, networking, robotic process automation
Must be able to get up to speed on the Automation Anywhere platform and 3rd party applications and their API quickly
Proven ability to define a clear vision and development plan that is challenging, but achievable and motivating to your team.
Track record of exceptional personal results, routinely setting and meeting project commitments and stretch goals
Passion for high-quality software development, new technologies and learning
Experience working with enterprise scale software and API integration
Deep experience in Agile development
Experience in real-time, globally-distributed, high-volume data storage & exchange systems
Working knowledge of the following is a plus:
PHP, Java, JavaScript, JQuery, AWS, Azure, Python
Google Analytics is a plus
CI/CD
Unit Testing, participating in QA test planning
Good communication skills, quick learner and ability to work under pressure
Team player with ability to establish close working relationships with other teams
Should have good logical, analytical & problem-solving skills
