National Pen is currently hiring for a Javascript Developer to help with the growth of our Digital Marketing initiatives. This is a direct hire opportunity with benefits, PTO, 401k and much more!
Expectations
Develop processes for data mining and automation for Digital Marketing initiatives
Build web and data applications for the Ecommerce team
Maintain all 3rd party data extraction processes (ETLs) for Digital Marketing vendors such as Google, Facebook, and Bing.
Create systems to monitor and improve data integrity and reliability for all Ecommerce data
Build algorithms and applications (using Google Cloud) to support Data Scientists and Data Analysts on the Ecommerce team
Collaborate with data architects, analysts and business owners to achieve project goals
Addressing ongoing data integration needs through off-shore resources
Understanding of programmatic media buying
Required Skills/Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a Software Engineer role
3+ years of JavaScript (Google App Script)
3+ years SQL (Standard SQL and Microsoft SQL Server)
Google Cloud Platform - Big Query, Cloud Data Prep
Restful APIs (and JSON)
Python
Additional requirements:
Data warehouse fundamentals
Proficient in Node JS
Understanding of Digital Marketing Concepts
Ecommerce business acumen
Some exposure to predictive modeling
