• Open source project contributions and management
• Unit Test oriented software development with good programming skills is a must.
• Knowledge of IP telephony-related technologies (e.g., SIP, CTI)
• Experience in implementing SIP Stack, SIPUA, SIPREC
• Experience in implementation call recording solution using SIPREC Protocol.
• Understanding of Network engineering and network protocols
• Familiarity with real-time communication technologies including: WebRTC, RTP, SIP and audio/video codecs
• Experience developing applications using platform-as-a-service SDKs and APIs
