Active Directory Engineer at Modis (Phoenix, AZ)

 Active Directory Engineer within our  Cybersecurity Services organization. Responsibilities within this position include, executing project deliverables, supporting day to day AD DS operational tasks, GPO implementation, Level-2 support for ADDS, certificate related operational tasks, and other security centric product(s) that are included in this service. This position requires the following shift schedule which alternates every other week: Shift 1: M - F 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Shift 2: M 7:30 am - 4:30 pm; T/W/Th 9:00 am - 7:00 pm; F 7:30 am - 12 30 pm Responsible for maintaining the computer systems, server management including installing, maintaining and upgrading the servers. Will ensure the servers are backed up, and that the server data is secure from unauthorized access. May also produce and create reports, charts, manuals proposals and perform light programming (scripting). Must be able to plan, coordinate and implement software version changes and use utility tools to monitor elements of the system, such as memory, central processing unit (CPU) and program errors generated from a system or software problem. Must also have knowledge in systems design and configuration. Strong verbal and written communication skills is required.
