The role holds the overall accountability for our Digital Platform Channel (Web, App & Voice) and Internal Engineering for Consumer, Enterprise and Customers Services. Coach, mentor and motivate engineers, leaders and agile experts. Overall responsibility for the Quality, Pace, Governance, Cost and Operating Model of Vodafone’s Digital Product Engineering Capability.

Core Competencies
- Demonstrable experience of the full software development life cycle including multiple delivery methodologies with the ability to mentor, motivate and shape high performing teams
- Experience in leading multi discipline technology teams across multiple locations
- Significant experience of agile & lean portfolio management practice
- Operational experience of large scale cloud-hosted solutions with challenging expectations of security, availability and performance
- Experience of managing significant budgets and business cases
