Kastis Group is hiring both permanent and contract Lead Technical Consultants.
As a Lead Technical Consultant, with Kastis Group you'll be working with and leading a team of highly talented software engineers to solve challenging, high impact business problems for our client. You will be ensuring your team applies thoughtful engineering practices to design, develop, test, deploy, and manage software.
All of our client's infrastructure runs on AWS, and embraces serverless and microservice-based architectures using AWS Lambda and Docker on Kubernetes. Our client also builds user experiences with React. Your hands-on expertise in at least some of these tools will be valuable, as well as your track record of providing effective technical guidance.
Prior lead or software development management experience in environments with source control, agile practices, automated testing, and CI/CD
Experience with high performing and scalable web application development
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design skills, and software architecture
Deep experience and expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, and Java or Go
- Experience with React or Angular (prefer React)
- Experience with AWS, prefer Lambda experience
- Experience designing and developing REST or gRPC Apis
- Experience with performance optimization
- Experience with security standards, compliance, and optimization
- Experience managing code coverage and quality for large code bases (Sonar experience a plus)
- Experience with relational databases. PostgreSQL preferred
