As an experienced Software Engineer, your mission is to help lead our team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run. Your deep knowledge of design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming will help your team raise their game, meeting your standards, as well as satisfying both business and functional requirements. Your expertise in various technology domains will be counted on to set strategic direction and solve complex and mission critical problems, internally and externally. Your quest to embracing leading-edge technologies and methodologies inspires your team to follow suit. And best of all, youll be able to harness massive amounts of brainpower through our global network of technologists from around the world

As a transformation coach, you will work with infrastructure/application development teams and technology directors to drive Agile transformation and adoption forward. We embrace Scrum, Kanban and Lean principles and hence someone who is proficient in enabling teams to adopt the right methodology will enable us in our journey to become a learning organization. You will be expected to work at all levels from consultation/coaching with senior leadership to hands on training/coaching with teams. Your expertise in technical coaching to achieve continuous integration/continuous deployment will drive early value delivery mind-set and behavior in the organization. Finally, you will be expected to participate, facilitate and contribute in various related workshops, hangouts, communities of practices etc.Qualifications

Agile Coach Personal Skills Criteria:

  • Servant Leader Must be able to garner respect from individuals/teams and be willing to get their hands dirty to get the job done

  • Communicative and Social Must be able to communicate well with teams, larger practitioner community and Agile thought leaders internally and externally

  • Facilitative Must be able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team

  • Assertive Must be able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls

  • Situationally Aware Must be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise, coach the team to resolve internally and if necessary involve management

  • Enthusiastic Engagement Must be high-energy and be a source for motivation/inspiration for individuals and teams looking for support and guidance

  • Continual Improvement Must continually be growing ones craft learning new tools and techniques to manage oneself and a team

  • Conflict Resolution Must be able to facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches

  • Attitude of Empowerment Must be able to lead teams to self-organization

  • Attitude of Transparency Must desire to bring disclosure and transparency to the business about development and grow business trust

  • Experience training teams in agile methodologies (SCRUM Kanban, Lean etc.) and role based training (Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Team)

  • Minimum 3 5 Years working in an Agile Role either as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Coach 

  • Preferred but not required:


  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)


  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and/or Professional Scrum Product Owner(PSPO)


  • Team Kanban Professional (TKP), Kanban Management Professional (KMP 1 and/or 2), Accredited Kanban Trainer(AKT)


  • Experience working on large scale transformation programs


  • Experience of scaling approaches (LeSS, SAFE, DAD)
