Consumer and Community Banking Data Management and Analytics team is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager with the following responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of data warehouse applications and provides subject matter expertise to set direction and create test strategies and test plans for more than one project and/or application in data management and analytics space.
• 
  
• Leads and participates in review sessions of business requirements, technical requirements, and design documents to ensure that software changes are understood to facilitate testing.
• 
  
• Accountable to ensure timely completion of projects with Quality and ensure testing deliverable are compliant with audit requirements
• 
  
• Participates in cross-functional discussions to review the impact of application changes from both internal and external interfaces.
• 
  
• Identifies and implements areas for improving efficiency, shortening of test cycles, adapt to existing automation frameworks and automate test scripts.
• 
  
• Communicating effectively with business units, IT Development, Project Management, Global teams and other support staff.
• 
  
• Sponsors initiatives designed to support continual QA process improvements, and the integration of the QA process with other development activities.       
•    
  Role requires at a minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
      Minimum of four years of experience with the following

  2+ years of hands-on experience with automated testing tools namely Selenium and Cucumber.
• 
  
• 
  2 years of solid knowledge of SQL and Unix scripting.
• 
  
• 
  2 years of prior experience working on Databases like Oracle/Teradata/SQL Developer.
• 
  
• 
  3-4 years of previous experience working on Data Warehouse related technologies.
• 
  
• 
  Prior experience in Java is a plus
  
• 
  
• 
  Prior experience working on Hadoop/Hive/Spark technologies is a major plus.
• 
  
• 
  1-2 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• 
  
• 
  1-2 years of prior experience dealing with performance testing is a plus.
• 
  
• 
  Experience in writing clear test plans and develop comprehensive test cases.
• 
  
• 
  Monitor debugging process results; Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• 
  
• 
  Exposure to JIRA/Rally or any other Defect management tools.
• 
  
• 
  Excellent communication skills.
