Within the IT Revenue Services branch, our goal is to provide technical leadership in the research, design, development, implementation, delivery and maintenance of quality products and services in support of Business Development revenue generation. We are looking for an analytical Senior Research and Development Analyst who excels at problem solving and communicating complex concepts into simple ones.
Some of the main tools you will be working with include SPSS, Oracle, ArcGIS, Java, Python and Business Objects, just to name a few.

What will you do?
- Identify new product ideas and prototype development in support of cost savings, operational efficiencies and revenue generation;
- Create analytical models and generate results in the context of realty market environments;
- Develop, design and execute programming in various platforms and programming languages to produce deliverables based on customer requirements;
- Define accurate customer requirements and specifications to document end to end technical product specifications against IT standards; and
- Develop and evaluate process controls and conduct functional and/or non-functional user testing against specifications.
You have:
- Experience in research methodologies and product development, information technology, valuation and/or related field;
- Completed a relevant post-secondary education in real property, mathematics, computer science, statistics or related field;
- Advanced understanding of and experience in a variety of statistical, programming, GIS and reporting tools such as SAS, SPSS, Crystal Reports, Oracle, ArcGIS, Java, PL/SQL, and VB/A;
- Ability to work with a variety of database environments to conduct extracts, analyses and other large-scale data manipulations; and
- A thorough understanding of statistical theory and techniques in order to perform qualitative and quantitative studies.

SALARY: $78,572 per year
