SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

7-10 years of experience in a similar position;
Technical and Business deep understanding;
Excellent communication skills - can interact with senior executives  in a broad range of settings;
Analyze processes, projects and/or technical risk, define innovative solutions and estimate project work effort where new technology is involved and no guidelines exist;
Financial sector experience is a plus.    

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create documentation by gathering all the requirements and tasks needed for development and deployment. This includes the development of apps and backend services, any special infrastructure, operative tasks like adding settings to different internal and external services, setup of credentials;

Create 4+1 view model diagrams;

Contribute to project plan development, offer input, manage projects and initiatives, directly assigned resources, communicate project status and ensure timely issue escalation;

Build consensus, facilitate collaboration and decision-making within and across business units align App strategy with architecture framework;

Ensuring solutions are in line with Technology Roadmap, all deviations are identified and approved; identifying gaps in current standards/services and negotiating enterprise vs. project solutions and developing standard application architectures, frameworks and development standards.

NICE TO HAVE

Speak a second language ideal, preferably Spanish, but not a requirement.
