Your Tasks
You develop embedded software for our customers of different industries with emphasis on IoT. You conduct requirements management, further develop software architecture and take responsibility for the fine design. Further on, you are responsible for implementation of the functionalities C/C++/Java under Linux, execution and documentation of software tests as well as support of the hardware team during implementation.
Your Profile
- You hold a degree in information technology, electrical engineering or any comparable education
- You have work experience as embedded software developer (C/C++/JAVA) in embedded-Linux-environment
- Ideally you have proven skills in:
- IoT relevant communication protocols such as TCP/IP, 6LoWPAN, Thread, Weave, REST, CoAP, XMPP, MQTT, ZigBee, Bluetooth
- Micro controller and hardware-architecture
- Common scripting language such as Python, Bash
- Common Linux-build-systems (Yocto, OpenWrt and others)
- You are aware of and sensitive towards different security requirements in IoT environment
- You have practical experience in agile development processes
- You work independent, target-oriented and with high involvement and responsibility
- You have good command of German and English language
