ITG is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our Global Middle Office(GMO) team.
You will work with both our Global UX team, local and Global GMO teams to completely redesign our core applications on the Web.
WE’LL TRUST YOU TO:
- Build one web based application, using web technologies like ES6(Typescript), React, CSS that will replace four regional desktop applications.
- Propose a consolidated optimized UI solution by understanding the data and functionality demands of each regional system
- Strengthen Desktop UI developers knowledge of the Web
- Learn key portions of middle office functionality and its corresponding servers/data sources
- Work closely with our Global UX team such that you Utilize New & Diverse Technologies: Web, mobile, desktop and infrastructure
- Track your time and resources using the agile methodology. This allows us to optimize our resources and time in order to better support all the teams that rely on us.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical or creative discipline and 4+ years of relevant experience
- Web technology. ES6(Typescript), CSS/JSS
- Web frameworks. React
- Proven Object Oriented Programming and design
- Knowledge of Design Patterns
- Ability to create code that handles many requests/sec
- Ability to quickly isolate and fix hard to find bugs
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Agile development a plus)
- Ability to think ahead and proactively propose longer term solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
