- Solve Big Data problems for our customers throughout the project life cycle
- Lead a development team and ensure high quality standards and best practices
- Work with our customers to identify requirements and design applications according to their needs
- Document architectural decisions and implement them together with the rest of the development team
Ideally you have:
- Strong experience in developing software using Java, Scala or a comparable language (a must)
- At least 6 years of experience of developing and designing distributed applications (a must)
- Languages: German and English (a must), other (Russian, Spanish - an advantage)
- Availability to travel to work on the client site (up to 50% of work time) (a must)
- Know-how in SPARK, Kafka and / or Docker (advantage)
- Experience as leading developer in distributed teams (advantage)
