Senior / Principal Fullstack Engineers - (End-to-end Product Development)
Stelfox have been retained by a New York organisation to extend and recruit for their Engineering team in Ireland.
The company build a Business Networking platform internally across their Global organisation that is utilising modern approaches in Search Technology, Machine Learning, AI, Data analytics for the benefit of their platform.
We are looking for Senior / Principal level Fullstack Software engineers who love automony to design, build, deploy their our products / features / tooling that will allow continuous improvement and automation of workflow process and approaches to the ever evolving platform.
Employees / Engineers are given scope to come up with their own ideas and ways to either save money or create revenue from identify ways to build new components, applications, UI, architecture that allows continuous evolution of the Engineering department and presenting your ideas to the CTO in the organisation.
What are we looking for:
- Senior / Principal Level engineers (8-15 years) in commercial software engineering.
- Ability to take an idea or concepts you identify and design, code it up and showcase as well as deploy in line with the ambition of bring value to the business.
- Strong technical background with Fullstack (or server-side engineering focus) - UI, Databases, CI/CD tooling, BigData / ML prefably and also experience across Linux, AWS or other cloud services also preferred.
- Github or other public code repository in order to showcase some of your work and personal projects of interest (important to show and tell example of what you have created in the past).
Some of the technologies currently in use are:
- Front-end - React.js / Angular.js / Vue.js / Riot.js / Redux / Mobx
- Back-end - Node.js / Coffeescript / Python
- REST API's
- Linux / AWS
- Machine Learning, Search (Solr / Elasticsearch)
We are looking for Senior engineers who can demo some of the personal or commercial products / software they have created previously to walk through design, architecture, tooling choices etc.
