To shape a next generation software platform for our high-end surveying instruments we are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Agile Software Tester to ensure a high standard of software Quality.

As Agile Software Tester you are member of an agile Scrum team and you will work with your team on the implementation of professional requirements for our our high-end surveying instruments, facilitating Agile testing principles to the team.

Agile Software Tester

Your main tasks will include:

• Support the team in selecting the appropriate test method and test tools during the whole software development life cycle
• Development of frameworks for automated tests (C++, C# and scripting languages)
• Compile defect and test reports as well as prepare test case documentation
• Continuous organizational learning through retrospectives, reviews of testing process and test strategy. Plan and execute optimizations and drive changes.
• Acting as an agile testing coach to shape the mindset for agile testing within interdisciplinary and international Scrum teams.
• Periodic business trips to our Shanghai office and Poland office (max. 10%).
• Possibility for a long-term stay in Shanghai
