About the Role:

Do you love leading a cross-functional dynamic team? Are you technical and also love working closely with clients?

As the Solutions Engineering Manager, you will set performance metrics, and drive success of the team. Reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering, you will consult and coach members of our team, and help chart out the team's global strategy. You will roll up your sleeves and work alongside the Solutions Engineers who help clients throughout their lifecycle with AdRoll. Client engagements includes API integrations and development to documentation e.g. standardized methodologies, tag implementations, working with engineering and product to prioritize feature requests and bug resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate local team meetings, communicate company and team objectives to the pod locally, drive process adoption, and foster a collaborative environment.
• 
  
• Identify and uphold process improvements, come up with solutions and lead implementation efforts with other senior leaders and key partners.
• 
  
• Identify and triage system-issues and work with our development team to drive resolution.
• 
  
• Build relationships with outside vendors and partners including tag management solutions, analytics.
• 
  
• Facilitate new hire training and on-boarding.
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• 
  
• 2-3 years relevant experience in a leadership role
• 
  
• JavaScript, SQL are required
• 
  
• Experience working with third party APIs, especially using REST
• 
  
• Client-focused and always striving to provide the best experience
• 
  
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and be adaptable
• 
  
• Ability to establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders across the company
• 
  
• Organizational and time-management skills
