Senior Software Engineer, Distribution at Pluto TV (West Hollywood, CA)

Summary:

We need an experienced  senior software engineer and technical leader  with deep hands-on experience as a Full-stack software dev (our stack is Javascript, Node, React, etc) with deep experience in content management. This is a leadership role (although very hands-on) - so software leads or software managers are both encouraged to apply.

Qualities / Experiences We're Seeking:

• Full-stack software leadership - for development of a new and improved advanced content and video asset management system for our video services on Mobile, Web and TV platforms such as Roku, FireTV, Apple TV, Smart TV (LG, Vizio). Video experience is strongly preferred
• 
  
• Experience with video formats and protocols, content management (video content rights management)
• 
  
• Database systems SQL, AWS for content management and ingest
• 
  
• Prefer recent experience using Node + Mongo + Express + Canjs - moving to React.
• 
  
• Experience with as much of our technology stack as possible: Node.JS, Javascript, React, Express, Hapi.JS, Redis, MongoDB, Git, AWS, Swift, Java, Brightscript, HTML5
