Primary Functions/Job Description
- Proficient in the MS SQL Database platform and .NET and MVC languages
- Ability to lead projects and develop solutions that meet business goals
- Function as a Database Administrator
- Develop stored procedures, functions, and other user-defined objects
- Optimize SQL queries
- Design data models
- Escalated support of production environment including shared after-hours rotation
- Participate in design and code reviews of solutions
- Develop web applications using MVC and .NET
- Ability to troubleshoot database performance problems
- Create and modify reports using MS SQL Reporting Services
Job Description - Requirements
- An undergraduate degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experienc
- Ability to interact with and learn techniques and technology from senior team members
- Must be a motivated self-starter who can work independently and seeks out opportunities to work collaboratively with others
- Expert understanding of the T/SQL language
- Proficient in data modeling
- Must have the ability to manage concurrent projects at different stages of completion
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with .NET and MVC
- Minimum 3-5 years of writing T-SQL queries
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience as a Database Administrato

- Ability to write complex queries
