As our Lead Software Developer you will work in our fast-paced, enterprise scale, B2C environment. Our team is data-driven, handling tasks such as predictive modelling, data projections, and processing analytics. You are a motivating and passionate leader with strong coding skills. You can lead scrum meetings and drive an agile team toward long-term strategic goals with daily tactical objectives. On top of your day-to-day duties, you will be responsible for a few key things:
- Leading and developing a growing team of developers
- Full stack development on both internal & external facing applications
- Determining best processes for a rapidly scaling team and company
- Optimizing business systems to provide a better experience for internal users
- Helping shape the development culture to encourage innovation and high-level execution
- Participating in peer code reviews and technical meetings
What do we need from you?
- 7+ years of experience in a .NET environment
- Experience developing in C#, Angular (or commensurate JavaScript library), Web API, and MVC
- Experience with heavy lift, front-end development
- Experience leading best practices with Agile methodologies
What’s are some things that are nice to have?
- Experience developing for cloud (Azure preferred)
- Experience in network security
