This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
Working proficiency in developmental toolsets - Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
- Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages such as Java
- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
- Demonstrated, strong and progressive experience in developing enterprise web applications and portal frameworks using Java and J2EE technologies and excellent design, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Must have experience in developing the backend services using Spring Boot, Hibernate and JPA. Must have experience with Oracle and any NoSQL database
- Exposure to Big Data ecosystems - Hadoop stack, HDFS, Map Reduce, Sqoop, Pig, Hive, HBase, Strom, Spark, Scala, Parquet and Kafka strongly preferred
