We're looking for a Technical Engineering Manager / Director of Engineering to lead our small engineering team and drive our technical vision. This position will play a critical role building client relationships, as well as helping us develop new ones.
Your time will be spent roughly as follows:
- Meeting with clients / client management and development - 50%
- Coding, Architecture - 20-30%
- Leadership / Management - 20-30%
Ideal profile:
- Strong technical background within full stack develoment ideally using JavaScript technologies such as React/Redux, React Native, Angular, Node/Express
- Previous experience leading / managing an engineering team including hiring engineers and shaping an attractive engineering culture
- Evangelist, strong ability to shape the thinking of the organization
- Someone who likes building new products, but likes to stay at the forefront of technology, open to new industries / verticals
